Are you a property preservation company?
No. We are a field service company providing landscaping services exclusively. We do not perform property preservation services. We will never ask you to enter a property or complete repairs that are not related to the sprinkler system.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Within 60 days of receiving your first payment, a request for certificate of insurance (Accord form) will be sent to you and your contractor dashboard will have an alert reminding you to upload your certificate of insurance. KB LAWNS must be named as an additional insured. The lines of insurance and coverage limits shown in the table below are required to continue receiving work orders once the probation period has ended.

When do I get paid?
Weekly. For all services completed for the previous week.
How do I get paid?
Paper check, direct deposit, Zelle or wire transfer
Will my earnings be taxed?
Your taxes are your responsibility. We will report your earnings to the IRS with the information you provide on your IRS form W-9
How many jobs will I get?
Order volume varies based on many factors including geographic location, market conditions, adherence to KB Lawn’s vendor guidelines and turnaround times
What tools do I need?
Lawn mower, weed eater, edger, blower, chain saw, pole saw, hedge trimmers, ladder, standard tape measurer, 100ft tape measurer, rake, broom, smart phone, PPE
Do you do background checks?
Yes. We screen every vendor.
